César Soriano G.
César Soriano Giraldo is an Engineer by profession, with a Master’s Degree in Strategic Business Management and Doctoral studies in Environment and Sustainable Development. He is currently studying a PHD in Philosophy with specialization in Physics and Mathematics.
As a businessman he has been dedicated to Foreign Trade and in the Social Field in developing new alternatives in order to eradicate poverty and the worst manifestations of infant labor, for that he formed AIDECA 30 years ago, which started in the field of Crafts with the aim of highlighting the people’s cultural values, their idiosyncrasy, projecting them to a world of social development, where they assume their freedom to decide and do, get engaged with others through partnership and search for innovative ways of doing business, especially in foreign trade, by transferring export business ideas to isolated communities in Peru, promoting the use of collective brands that consolidate business models in low-income sectors of Peruvian society.

Led in Spain by Dr. Rafael Rivas de Benito, through the Spanish Cooperation, achieving the creation of the Iberoamerican Community of Crafts, led by Mrs. Karen Olsen de Figueres (Costa Rica).

Promotes and participates in the Peruvian Artisan Law, which was enacted on January 5, whose purpose was that artisans are heard and involved in the social, economic, and cultural context of Peru.Year 1986 - II
Named Andean and Latin American Artisans Councilor by the Confederation of United Artisans of the Andean Sub Region - CAUSA.Year 1989
Joins the Center for Socio-Economic and Technological Research (CINSEYT) of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, where he promotes the formation of Regional Chambers of Small Business and Crafts, concentrating on the areas of greatest poverty in Peru, Ayacucho, Huancavelica, Junín, Cerro de Pasco, Huánuco and Abancay, known as the Andean Trapezoid.Year 1990 - III
