It is a book that is based on my experience in the East, in a time that I called “My lost years”, in search of an explanation, toward some health events that happened to me. And like everyone else, I asked myself the question “Why me? When I used to see young people of that time, who were wasting their lives and having the best time doing it. My first impression was: How unfair is life?
